Made in New Mexico!

This carne adovada mix is made with premium New Mexico chile. Pork is the meat traditionally used but can be made with beef or chicken (it’s pretty good with lamb as well). Carne Adovada can be wrapped in a flour tortilla and eaten as a portable burrito or served on a plate with beans and a flour tortilla. Carne Adovada is the food of choice during the Santa Fe Fiestas as well as other New Mexico fiestas.
