Made in New Mexico!

SCORCH is a chile cocktail carefully blended for the person with a cast iron stomach and can choke down some very hot stuff and still claim to taste it. This salsa is not as hot as we could have made it. We wanted a salsa that was very hot but could still be tasted by the reluctant intermediate chile eater. Experts should have no trouble eating SCORCH!

Just add tomatoes!

Ingredients: New Mexico Red Chile, habanero, jalapeno, chile de arbol, onion, garlic, red bell pepper, oregano, comino, salt and sugar.
