Made in New Mexico!

Potato soup has always been a family favorite in our house.  That’s how this delicious, hearty soup mix came about. We also love spicy foods and peppers of all kinds, so we added red and green bell peppers and smokey chipotle peppers to this soup mix, giving it lots of flavor and just the right kick.  It’s easy to prepare–just add water or milk and boil.  Yes, it’s that easy! Makes 6 (1 cup) servings.

Ingredients: Potatoes, vegetarian soup base, unbleached flour, natural butter flavor, red bell peppers, green bell peppers, granulated garlic, chipotle pepper, white pepper.
