The formula for Blair’s Beyond Death Hot Sauce has actually changed over the years, evolving to the point that it actually became Blair’s Sudden Death Sauce! So in 2007, Blair re-released his Beyond Death Sauce in its original version that was born in 1992. Like most Blair’s sauces, it contains pure pepper extract to up the heat, but it doesn’t have that bitter extract flavor. It’s also made with red and orange Habanero peppers, Cayenne peppers, Chipotle, and a unique blend of fresh herbs and spices, which add up to produce a VERY HOT sauce with just a slight Chipotle smokiness.
