A long standing tradition in New Mexico, the chile wreath exemplifies our unique culture as nothing else can. Chile Addict ristras are hand-tied using domestic chiles grown in Hatch, New Mexico.

All wreaths are shipped dry. We offer them natural so they can be used in cooking many excellent southwest dishes or, if you prefer, they can be treated as a decoration, (these have been color enhanced and stabilized by spraying them with a clear lacquer or enamel.) A card with the ristra story and a recipe for red chile sauce is included with each ristra. Available in 8″ or 11″, Natural or Treated. PRICES INCLUDE REGULAR GROUND SHIPPING.
