We are the “Salsa Twins”, and bring this award winning chile grown in authentic Hatch, New Mexico directly to your home. As twin brothers, we have transformed the family business, established in 1962 into the largest restaurant in New Mexico. El Pinto’s Red Chile Sauce uses hand-picked and sun-dried chiles for the best quality possible. To marinate meat simply add fresh-squeezed lemon or lime juice to our red chile sauce. You can also use this product as a traditional New Mexican enchilada sauce by adding water for desired consistency.

Ingredients: red chile puree (dried red chile, water), water, sunflower oil, organic cornstarch, sea salt, garlic, glucono delta-lactone.
