This blend of earthy chiles, spices, and rice flour makes a great pot of chili but can be used to spice up just about any  menu item.  Steaks & chops dusted before pan searing have an “enchanted” boost of flavor! Thicken soups, stews and queso dips with a bit to add Southwestern flair! A great shortcut to that “second day” flavor is to use your favorite salsa instead of tomatoes and onions, etc during preparation.

This package will season 6 pounds of meat, and it makes fantastic taco and burrito meat as well!
