We took one of the world’s hottest peppers–the ghost–and created a MILD sauce from it, accenting its smokey and fruity flavor instead of its maddening heat. Mixed with the savory guajillo chiles, and select spices, this vinegar sauce pairs perfectly with Tex-Mex food, chili, BBQ and more.  Plus it lets you tell your chilehead friends that you ate the mighty “ghost” and lived to tell the tale.
