A family tradition. Our family has been making red enchilada sauce out of fresh red chile for as long as we can remember. Instead of using dried pods or chile powder, our family uses only fresh red chile grown in Hatch, New Mexico. Friends and family liked it so much, they asked if they could buy it, so we started The Fresh Chile Co to meet the demand.

Our fresh Red Sauce has a sweet flavor and rich color, and is wonderful for enchiladas, posole, chile con carne, or just poured over eggs or a hamburger!

Ingredients: red chile puree, minced garlic (garlic, water, citric acid), salt, citric acid.
