Using a deliciously tasty blend of both red and green chiles grown in the Mesilla & Hatch valley, our seasonal Christmas Salsa pays homage to the age old question in our land of enchantment–red or green….but we say–why not both! Colorful and perfect as a dip or on  your favorite tacos!
