Made in New Mexico!

In New Mexico and other parts of the Southwest, “Christmas” is a term used to denote a mix of red and green chiles used in combination.

Simply add 2 Tbs. mix to 14.5 oz. can of chopped stewed tomatoes, bring to boil and remove from heat. Can be served immediately or let sit for 30 minutes to cool and mature flavors.
