This honey is derived from a unique blend of nectar bearing plants such as Catalpa and Black Locust trees and their beautiful white flowers in late spring. In the summer we have the fragrant blooms of Salt Cedar, Purple Cleome, Alfalfa, yellow and white clover and Trumpeter Vines. Then as fall approaches and if monsoon rails are sufficient, sunflowers, goldenrod, purple sage and purple asters appear to make an amazing and delightful bouquet of flavor and enchantment.
