Made in New Mexico!

This salsa originated from the same place as Smokey Jose’s Chipotle Salsa…the Bar 4 Ranch. It is a recipe put together by Shorty Chavez (pronounced Chorty on the ranch), a good friend of Jose Swartz also from Bar 4 Ranch and originator of Smokey Jose’s Chipotle Salsa. Shorty likes garlic and he also likes chile and being a man with little time to waste, he combined his only culinary passions and came up with this salsa.

Ingredients: red chile, jalapeno, onion, garlic, red sweet pepper, oregano, comino, salt.
