Instructions: Break off stems (if present) and place Dried Chile in 1 quart of water. Bring water and chile to a rapid boil, remove from the heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Drain excess water, the chiles will plump to their original size and can be used in any of your favorite recipes. Refrigerate any unused chile and use in 7 days.
