Made in New Mexico!

Green chile is considered to be the defining ingredient of New Mexican cuisine.  We put it in everything: sauces, stews, enchiladas, tamales, eggs, burgers and more.  Green chile stew is a must at most of our family gatherings.  So, we created a soup mix from our old family recipe that’s easy to prepare and tastes homemade.  Just add water, diced tomatoes and chicken. Makes 6 (1 cup) servings.

Ingredients: Potatoes, chicken soup base, green chile, minced onion, and granulated garlic.
