Zia Cantina. In response to Chileheads that “desire the fire”, I have created a sauce made with the world class heat of the 7-Pot Primo and the hottest of Hatch, the XXX Lumbre. The sauce is rounded out with fresh garlic, Reposado Tequila and a bit of agave nectar. It won’t kill you, but you will wish it did. It’s only fitting to adorn the label with the Mariachi de la Muerte, fabled denizen of Cantinas across the Borderland…

Ingredients: Chiles (7-Pot Primo, Hatch Lumbre), Distilled Vinegar, Garlic, Tequila, Citric Acid, Agave Nectar.
